Who May Qualify in Florida

The same federal Lifeline rules apply in Florida as everywhere else. You only need to qualify through one of two routes.

Households with income at or below 135% of the federal poverty guidelines for their size may qualify.

Program-Based Eligibility

Participation in SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance, Veterans Pension, or a qualifying Tribal program.
